Spectators: 7183 (Terracing: 5389, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) Arnoldo Baumar made the kick off and thus started the match. After a rather tough play, Tarragona FC's Isaias Mercurio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in 10junio's zone, Arnoldo Baumar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Madaleno came out of the goal and Arnoldo Baumar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tarragona FC's Arnoldo Baumar got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Angel Gora kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Honorio Hanot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 20 minutes, Florentino Eneas made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. 10junio's Adolfo Madaleno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Tarragona FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Isaias Mercurio hit a great ball. In the 25th minute Honorio Hanot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Che saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Baumar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tarragona FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 10junio the free kick. The supporters of 10junio booed when Tarragona FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Baumar didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, 10junio's Marcelo Oto got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Hanot in the 37th minute of play forced Tarragona FC's goalkeeper Julian Che to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honorio Hanot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Julian Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarragona FC's Julian Che played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Cugat in the 43rd minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, one of Tarragona FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Arnoldo Baumar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. Honorio Hanot did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-2 to the left of a surprised Julian Che 59 minutes into the match. Rene Cugat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Julian Che tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorio Hanot's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Julian Che skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Honorio Hanot came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the 10junio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorio Hanot couldn't finish the play. Florentino Eneas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Madaleno having to make a save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 10junio had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
