Eulalio Montez might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eduardo Hurko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eulalio Montez ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to BomboneraFC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Feliberto Harriet hit a great ball. Eduardo Hurko was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Eulalio Montez. After 17 played minutes Catella Fubol Club got a freekick which was hit by Severino Canor. A collision led to BomboneraFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Mariano Gaspard hit a great ball. Emanuel Viator's late challenge caught a Catella Fubol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emanuel Viator helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, BomboneraFC's Emanuel Viator got a free kick in the 21st minute. After 22 played minutes, Catella Fubol Club's Eulalio Montez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eduardo Hurko came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catella Fubol Club reached it. If Guaberto Gitano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of BomboneraFC booed when Catella Fubol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Foro didn't get a good kick on the ball. BomboneraFC's Eduardo Hurko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save BomboneraFC from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, BomboneraFC's Aaron Kinsen threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Victoriano Gartxot, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Guaberto Gitano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Aaron Kinsen made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guaberto Gitano got free with Aaron Kinsen in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Catella Fubol Club's goalkeeper Aaron Kinsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Gitano. After having played for 73 minutes, Cesar Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BomboneraFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesar Lopez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Catella Fubol Club's goalkeeper Aaron Kinsen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Shantala in the 77th minute of play forced BomboneraFC's goalkeeper Eduardo Hurko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Gitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. With his leg Aaron Kinsen managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when BomboneraFC's Gerardo Rami fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Despite being the better team, BomboneraFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
