Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) Resolana's Donato Sauveur started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Mateo Eneko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Aureliano Castel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgil Ţăranu having to make a save. Ciriaco Baldovino was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. Filiberto Haritzeder made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Donato Sauveur sent off a good shot on target. Montefiore FC's Filiberto Haritzeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Montefiore FC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the game, Donato Sauveur lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Filiberto Haritzeder. Leonardo Bernabel's late challenge caught a Montefiore FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardo Bernabel helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Montefiore FC booed when Resolana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celedonio Iraitz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Fausto Pirmin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lázaro Bastiaro hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After 34th play minutes Conrado Urre shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Filiberto Haritzeder and just under the crossbar into goal. Leonardo Bernabel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Haritzeder having to interfere. Donato Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Filiberto Haritzeder made a huge save. Severino Quilino hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The wind increased when Severino Quilino made the kick off in the second half. Dionisio Jerardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Haritzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Sauveur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Montefiore FC's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Urre came free, but Filiberto Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Agustin Oliviero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 played minutes Resolana got a freekick which was hit by Erubiel Cugat. After 72 played minutes Montefiore FC got a freekick which was hit by Robustiano Giraldo. Montefiore FC's Filiberto Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Sauveur in the 76th minute of play. Erubiel Cugat was shown his second yellow card after 77 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Resolana getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Erubiel Cugat hit a great ball. Resolana's Leonardo Bernabel got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severino Quilino hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Resolana players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
