Christian Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Santos having to interfere. In the 26th minute of the game, Danilo Celipe landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 26th minute of the game. One of Comunicaciones:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of racing club:s goal. The referee gave racing club a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gaudencio Roland, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Comunicaciones's Roman Dantel. 2-1. When Christian Marz came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Comunicaciones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Marz couldn't finish the play. After 42 played minutes Miguel Estebe rounded racing club's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-1. Christian Marz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benigno Tome was the one to do the kick off. Julian Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Dantel having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, racing club's goal looked a bit too open when Honorio Medina came free, but Eugenio Santos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Honorio Medina ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Santos was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Christian Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Santos having to interfere. Honorio Medina took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eugenio Santos. Eugenio Santos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Christian Marz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eugenio Santos having to make a save. Christian Marz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Santos having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Christian Marz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eugenio Santos. racing club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christian Marz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. If Honorio Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Santos came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Comunicaciones's Vinicio Urko. But to his dismay, Vinicio Urko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-1. Comunicaciones's Christian Marz got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Comunicaciones players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
