Spectators: 7075 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 10) Cristian Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Selatse having to interfere. Mariano Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Hever in the 6th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 7 minutes, Mariano Selatse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 9 minutes into the match, Tuqui Luli's goalkeeper Mariano Selatse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Tono. Mariano Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ernesto Garaona in the 16th minute of the match. Camilo Roland's late challenge caught a Ciudadela AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Camilo Roland helped the player get up and apologised. 23 minutes into the match, Tuqui Luli's goalkeeper Mariano Selatse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Tono. Ernesto Garaona charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ernesto Garaona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes Ciudadela AFC got a freekick which was hit by Ernesto Garaona. Cosme Otoniel hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. When Luciano Ferrando came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Tuqui Luli fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luciano Ferrando couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute, Hilario Mergildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 39 minutes into the match, Ciudadela AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Gaspar Bertran came free, but Venancio Jorrin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ciudadela AFC's Cosme Otoniel got a free kick in the 41st minute. Venancio Jorrin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Camilo Roland, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Hilario Mergildo hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaspar Bertran was the one to do the kick off. Mariano Selatse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Hever, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 56 played minutes Tuqui Luli got a freekick which was hit by Faustino Txaran. Maximino Ekain scored 2-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Selatse, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mariano Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Ekain in the 74th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, Ciudadela AFC's Cayetano Hever made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Selatse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristian Tono struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Mariano Selatse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciudadela AFC. In the 88th minute, Ernesto Garaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Ciudadela AFC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Cosme Otoniel hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Ciudadela AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
