German Nuxila hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Catuna FC's Alfredo Reyes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 11th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pearson FC. Hugo Bermudo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alejo Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute, Catuna FC's Hugo Bermudo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After 21 played minutes, Pearson FC's Anier Hernandez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jimeno Bernebe came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pearson FC reached it. Pearson FC's Valentin Ostadar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Bermudo in the 27th minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match, Hugo Bermudo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valentin Ostadar saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 35 minutes, Alejo Martino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catuna FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejo Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hugo Bermudo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Catuna FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Alejo Martino got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Valentin Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Bermudo in the 39th minute of play. Alejo Martino struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Valentin Ostadar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catuna FC. Valentin Ostadar made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alejo Martino sent off a good shot on target. Valentin Ostadar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alejo Martino went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Bermudo made a kick off. A collision led to Catuna FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Christian Kelemen hit a great ball. In the 55th match minute, Catuna FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Lesardo to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Fabricio Primeiro fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Guido Gonzalez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Bermudo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Bermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Pearson FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Catuna FC the free kick. Valentin Ostadar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Martino, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Valentin Ostadar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Bermudo in the 83rd minute of play.
