In the 3rd minute Humberto Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Hondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Lekubegi hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Florencio Tabby charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Tabby the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th match minute, Cachilo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florencio Tabby to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 7 minutes, Fabian Ermengol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zorzal Roäc Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Ermengol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Osvaldo Milio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jonas Ugutz fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zorzal Roäc Football Club's protests and gave Jonas Ugutz a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Zorzal Roäc Football Club's Jonas Ugutz got a free kick in the 12th minute. Humberto Cheche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Hondo having to interfere. Osvaldo Milio might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aristides Garaona. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Osvaldo Milio ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Zorzal Roäc Football Club getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Fabian Ermengol hit a great ball. Cachilo FC's Aristides Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Fagildo in the 29th minute of play. Jonas Ugutz was shown his second yellow card after 30 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 31st match minute, Zorzal Roäc Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Ugutz to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Fagildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Aristides Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Fabian Ermengol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachilo FC's Aristides Garaona was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute Evelio Fagildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cachilo FC's Aristides Garaona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Milio in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Zorzal Roäc Football Club booed when Cachilo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Tabor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Evelio Fagildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Aristides Garaona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Humberto Cheche was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Evelio Fagildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Garaona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aristides Garaona stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evelio Fagildo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. Evelio Fagildo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Garaona having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Cachilo FC's Octavio Jago got a free kick in the 65th minute. Aristides Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evelio Fagildo in the 73rd minute of play. If Evelio Fagildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Ermengol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Evelio Fagildo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cachilo FC's Aristides Garaona. Aristides Garaona was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 84 minutes into the match, Cachilo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Milio came free, but Aristides Garaona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osvaldo Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Evelio Fagildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Garaona having to interfere. When Evelio Fagildo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Zorzal Roäc Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Fagildo couldn't finish the play. Aristides Garaona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Lekubegi in the 95th minute of play. Evelio Fagildo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aristides Garaona having to make a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Zorzal Roäc Football Club fully deserved thier win.
