The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hipolito Misael kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The Rusticos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Portalis FC's Joel Martxot got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 18thth minute of the game Apolo Crispo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Portalis FC's Bartolo Ermengol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Timoteo Claris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Portalis FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Timoteo Claris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Eder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Portalis FC's Nicasio Jordy in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bartolo Ermengol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Apolo Crispo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience held their breath when Victorio Rey in the 34th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Aldo Eder's left hand side. Fulgencio Porfirio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to Portalis FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Fulgencio Porfirio hit a great ball. Hipolito Misael struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Bartolo Ermengol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rusticos FC. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Claris to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Portalis FC's Joel Martxot got a free kick in the 51st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rusticos FC's zone, Timoteo Claris stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aldo Eder came out of the goal and Timoteo Claris tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 62 minutes of play, Portalis FC's Ambrosio Lander made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Eder was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Ambrosio Lander came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Portalis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ambrosio Lander couldn't finish the play. Aldo Eder showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 71st minute, Apolo Crispo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bartolo Ermengol was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Apolo Crispo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Portalis FC's goalkeeper Bartolo Ermengol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Crispo. Joel Martxot charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Martxot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Portalis FC's Joel Martxot got a free kick in the 78th minute. Bartolo Ermengol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Lluc, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 85 minutes, Hipolito Misael mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rusticos FC and the Portalis FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Timoteo Claris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Eder having to interfere. Joel Martxot kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Santos Veto kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After 95 played minutes, Rusticos FC's Hipolito Misael shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Bartolo Ermengol came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rusticos FC reached it. Rusticos FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Portalis FC had controlled the match.
