Rolando Felipillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Salvatore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Armando Remir advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-1 in the 28th minute. When Bernardo Salvatore came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the mattaldi.fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Salvatore couldn't finish the play. In the 35th minute Ricardo Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Felipillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristobal Jaizki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Criston having to interfere. If Abel Rudolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Amato kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristobal Jaizki made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Aldosivi's Cristobal Jaizki got a free kick in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute Bernardo Salvatore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Felipillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaudencio Norino during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ricardo Garikoitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Salvatore struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Rolando Felipillo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mattaldi.fc. Ricardo Garikoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Rolando Felipillo made a huge save. Abel Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Esteve Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Jaizki in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Ricardo Garikoitz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rolando Felipillo. Club Atletico Aldosivi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Garikoitz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Esteve Criston made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Rudolfo in the 83rd minute of play. Elias Lalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rolando Felipillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Club Atletico Aldosivi fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. mattaldi.fc were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
