Segundo Lesardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Benvido in the 10th minute of the match. Aquiles Diaz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Ermegildo Rufio made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bruno Sanchez in the 16th minute of play forced Mattaldi AFC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Rufio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Gogo Bembe fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mattaldi AFC's protests and gave Gogo Bembe a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Mattaldi AFC's Gogo Bembe got a free kick in the 17th minute. A collision led to Mattaldi AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Efrain Leizarraga hit a great ball. Efrain Leizarraga kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. When Bruno Sanchez came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Guampachata fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Sanchez couldn't finish the play. Segundo Lesardo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Rodrigo Fidele put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Segundo Lesardo. In the 35th minute Rodrigo Fidele shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Segundo Lesardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Edelmiro Benvido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Segundo Lesardo was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Guampachata's Bruno Sanchez got a free kick in the 39th minute. The Guampachata players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mattaldi AFC were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Fidele made a kick off. Rodrigo Fidele struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. In the 76th minute there was a penalty for Guampachata. Ernesto Iratzeder stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ermegildo Rufio. 2-2. Segundo Lesardo made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Efrain Leizarraga sent off a good shot on target. Severiano Celipe charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Celipe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 played minutes Mattaldi AFC got a freekick which was hit by Severiano Celipe. Edelmiro Benvido fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Lesardo having to interfere. Edelmiro Benvido succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 94th playminute. When the final whistle sounded Mattaldi AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Guampachata.
