The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Fidele got free with Jesus Belmiro in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th minute Gogo Bembe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Belmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Bembe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Mattaldi AFC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Mattaldi AFC's Rodrigo Fidele looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 17th minute Atilano Quin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Rufio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Quin in the 20th minute of play forced Mattaldi AFC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Rufio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When The Elements F.C's Pedro Perutxo in the 24th minute got a chance for a shot 24th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mattaldi AFC's goalie prevented a goal. The Elements F.C's Jesus Belmiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save The Elements F.C from getting a goal against them. When Pedro Perutxo came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the The Elements F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Perutxo couldn't finish the play. 32 minutes into the game, Cornelio Beila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mattaldi AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Elements F.C the free kick. The supporters of The Elements F.C booed when Mattaldi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cornelio Beila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Rodrigo Fidele got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jesus Belmiro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Jesus Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Bembe, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Gogo Bembe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Elements F.C's Jesus Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Beila in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Fidele made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Rodrigo Fidele managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mattaldi AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Fidele was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Belmiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute, Eliseo Txomin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Rodrigo Fidele got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in The Elements F.C's zone, Edelmiro Benvido stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Belmiro came out of the goal and Edelmiro Benvido tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Perutxo in the 68th minute of play forced Mattaldi AFC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Rufio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute, Cornelio Beila hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the match, Mattaldi AFC's Rodrigo Fidele sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Belmiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Elements F.C's Jesus Belmiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo Fidele in the 74th minute of play. Mattaldi AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Pedro Perutxo scored to the left of an out of position Ermegildo Rufio, making the score, 1-1. In the 88th minute, Rodrigo Fidele made a precise shot to the right of Jesus Belmiro. The Elements F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 91 minutes into the match, Mattaldi AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Perutxo came free, but Ermegildo Rufio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Atilano Quin managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Elements F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Quin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Rufio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Mattaldi AFC were the better team. Mattaldi AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
