Joel Balendin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Norberto Min kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Hartodeesto FC's Cipriano Raphael slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joel Balendin. That made the score 3-0 after 46 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ildefonso Maju was the one to do the kick off. If Eliseo Umea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Balendin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Umea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cipriano Raphael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 65th match minute, La Banda FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Min to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Umea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eliseo Umea in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Balendin saved La Banda FC from getting behind. After recieving a nice pass, La Banda FC's Placido Mede tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Cipriano Raphael had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Hartodeesto FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Banda FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
