Spectators: 7231 (Terracing: 5425, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Bernabe Hartz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jaime Ignado made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Lázaro Oidor sent off a good shot on target. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Leones Cristianos F.C.'s goalkeeper Federico Arnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Lázaro Oidor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaime Ignado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Federico Arnas came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by LA CUMBANCHA FC's Bernabe Hartz. But to his dismay, Bernabe Hartz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Jaime Ignado was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Osvaldo Vela. An unexpectedly hard shot by Braulio Shantala in the 19th minute of play forced Leones Cristianos F.C.'s goalkeeper Federico Arnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Cristian Olivar got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Leones Cristianos F.C. a penalty, 41 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabio Basajaun, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LA CUMBANCHA FC's Jaime Ignado. 2-1. When Gustavo Rubio came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Leones Cristianos F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gustavo Rubio couldn't finish the play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

In the 56th minute, Cristian Olivar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cristian Olivar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Jaime Ignado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Federico Arnas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Leones Cristianos F.C. from getting a goal against them. Jesus Serafo scored 2-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Federico Arnas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bernabe Hartz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Federico Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Jesus Serafo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LA CUMBANCHA FC and the Leones Cristianos F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to LA CUMBANCHA FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jesus Serafo hit a great ball. Bernabe Hartz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Leones Cristianos F.C.'s Federico Arnas got control of the ball when Braulio Shantala tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lázaro Oidor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaime Ignado having to interfere. Lázaro Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The LA CUMBANCHA FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Leones Cristianos F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
