The referee ignored Bayauca FC's protests and gave Bernardo Nesto a yellow card for diving instead. 25 minutes into the game, Bayauca FC's Felipe Diegotxe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardino Cristofol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Efrain Jerrald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Filiberto Weterio to strike the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Mantzio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Juvenil FC's Bernardino Cristofol got control of the ball when Efrain Jerrald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felipe Diegotxe had several of the Juvenil FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 66 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Efrain Jerrald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Bernardino Cristofol made a huge save. Felipe Diegotxe was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Bayauca FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.
