Everardo Bastian's late challenge caught a Bando Jeans FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Everardo Bastian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Unione Sportiva Lecce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everardo Bastian to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 14 in the game by Victoriano Aurken from a close distance when the talented Angelino Estavan managed to make a qualified save. Unione Sportiva Lecce's players were relieved. After having played for 17 minutes, Ariel Oihan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unione Sportiva Lecce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ariel Oihan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Angelino Estavan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Haroldo Errolan. Everardo Bastian hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Basilio Francho scored 0-1 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Evangelista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enrique Evangelista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Gorbea in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Uriel Ted got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everardo Gorbea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Enrique Evangelista tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Bando Jeans FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Unione Sportiva Lecce were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ariel Oihan made a kick off. Enrique Evangelista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Oihan, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Uriel Ted might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Angelino Estavan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Uriel Ted ran back to his position shaking his head. 59 minutes into the match, Bando Jeans FC's Uriel Ted sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelino Estavan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Victoriano Aurken sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 82nd minute, Ariel Oihan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Enrique Evangelista, passed just outside the right post. Enrique Evangelista was a little too slow when Ariel Oihan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-2. Everardo Gorbea's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 97thth minute, Enrique Evangelista skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Unione Sportiva Lecce's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
