Generoso Paio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Duardo in the 15th minute of play forced Quiroga AFC's goalkeeper Aquiles Rexino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aquiles Rexino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Luzaide in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Luzaide in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Rexino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aquiles Rexino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moises Luzaide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Luzaide in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquiles Rexino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Balendin in the 27th minute of play forced Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper Leopoldo Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leopoldo Guilabertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Paio in the 28th minute of the match. Saverio Vidal's late challenge caught a Quiroga AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Saverio Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes, Quiroga AFC's Hernan Balesio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leopoldo Guilabertus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Quiroga AFC reached it. Leopoldo Guilabertus made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Nicasio Steven sent off a good shot on target. Club Atletico Boca Junior's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Generoso Paio scored to the left of an out of position Leopoldo Guilabertus, making the score, 2-0. In the 45th match minute, Club Atletico Boca Junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Luzaide to maneuver through the defense. Generoso Paio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Leopoldo Guilabertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Generoso Paio made a kick off. 52 minutes in the game, Moises Luzaide fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aquiles Rexino having to interfere. Club Atletico Boca Junior's Albino Caetano got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Denis Tadzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Rexino having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Moises Luzaide had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Rexino. Quiroga AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Moises Luzaide was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albino Caetano got free with Aquiles Rexino in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquiles Rexino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Moises Luzaide went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the game, Eleuterio Santana threw the ball into play from the sideline. Club Atletico Boca Junior's Denis Tadzio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Moises Luzaides short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Aquiles Rexino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Albino Caetano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Aquiles Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Club Atletico Boca Junior fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Club Atletico Boca Junior's Moises Luzaide looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The supporters of Quiroga AFC booed when Club Atletico Boca Junior was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Luzaide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quiroga AFC's Aquiles Rexino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Quiroga AFC from getting a goal against them.
