In the 19thth minute of the game Moises Luzaide who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Villa Salas's Luisito Goiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leopoldo Guilabertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Emesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Ioritz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leopoldo Guilabertus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. With a little luck, Club Atletico Boca Junior's Leopoldo Guilabertus got control of the ball when Bernardo Ioritz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Camilo Fernado put in a rough tackle. In the 37th minute, one of Sportivo Villa Salas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sportivo Villa Salas. Aquiles Obeko got a throw-in 45 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benedicto Isias. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moises Luzaide was the one to do the kick off. Teobaldo Sein kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Club Atletico Boca Junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Luzaide to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Cesar Vincent dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Luisito Goiz, 0-2. Luisito Goiz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Moises Luzaide's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 68 minutes into the match, Bernardo Ioritz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leopoldo Guilabertus. Club Atletico Boca Junior's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardo Ioritz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Israel Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Sportivo Villa Salas got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Sein. Luisito Goiz came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico Boca Junior's Moises Luzaide. But to his dismay, Moises Luzaide quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 82 minutes into the game, Moises Luzaide lined in a short shot 1-5 behind a frustrated Luisito Goiz. Cesar Vincent received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Luisito Goiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sportivo Villa Salas fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atletico Boca Junior were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
