After 44 minutes of play, fumanchu team FC's Carmelo George made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Lordi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Donna FC's Gregorio Lordi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Orkatz in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo George to make the kick off. Sadiq Bäxtiyarov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Chano in the 52nd minute of play. The supporters of Donna FC booed when fumanchu team FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severino Astrada didn't get a good kick on the ball.
