Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Evaristo Beat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Beat in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Txomin saved Calabacillas from getting behind. When Elvio Beti came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Niupi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elvio Beti couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Calabacillas's Enzo Barros got a free kick in the 9th minute. In the 16th match minute, Niupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Gau to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Calabacillas's Guaberto Ubarna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcelo Gurutz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 22nd minute of the match Sebastian Polo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Txomin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fernando Mede's late challenge caught a Niupi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Mede helped the player get up and apologised. In the 24th match minute, Niupi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Beti to maneuver through the defense. Guaberto Ubarna's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Gurutz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Guaberto Ubarna struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Marcelo Gurutz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calabacillas. Guaberto Ubarna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Gurutz having to interfere. Enzo Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Marcelo Gurutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Evaristo Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Beti struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Prospero Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Niupi. Prospero Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evaristo Beat in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Guaberto Ubarna made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rolando Ponce ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Prospero Txomin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 58 minutes into the game, Elvio Beti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Prospero Txomin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Niupi's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Guaberto Ubarna 71 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-2. When Aquiles Urtsin came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Calabacillas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aquiles Urtsin couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Fernando Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Evaristo Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Prospero Txomin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Beti's shot from short distance in the 94th minute.
