Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the match, C.A.Colon De Santa Fe's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Cordarrol came free, but Felipe Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to C.A.Colon De Santa Fe getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Nestor Bento hit a great ball. If Everardo Cordarrol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Felipe Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Mantzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute Everardo Cordarrol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felipe Cordeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damian Mantzio was the one to do the kick off. Nicasio Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Bento in the 53rd minute of play. Everardo Cordarrol could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Felipe Cordeal made a huge save. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Colon De Santa Fe's goalkeeper Felipe Cordeal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Tasma FC booed when C.A.Colon De Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Mede didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, C.A.Colon De Santa Fe's Felipe Cordeal got control of the ball when Everardo Cordarrol tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored Tasma FC's protests and gave Genaro Montrelle a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Colon De Santa Fe booed when Tasma FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Genaro Montrelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Celso Tome came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the C.A.Colon De Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Tome couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Tasma FC's Martin Chago got a free kick in the 77th minute. Celso Tome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Jaume having to interfere. Angelo Jenaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Jenaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicasio Jaume read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. C.A.Colon De Santa Fe's Angelo Jenaro got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Genaro Montrelle had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
