Spectators: 7194 (Terracing: 5397, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Juan Theobald got the match started through his kick off. If Juan Theobald had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Rius who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 5thth minute tested the skills of Natalio Bero when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 7 minutes, Niceto Abeita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Caberock's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niceto Abeita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roman Cidro's late challenge caught a La Caberock's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roman Cidro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Roman Cidro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Fabricio Miliano managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Caberock's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabricio Miliano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Abad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, La Caberock's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Theobald came free, but Natalio Bero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Racing Club's goalkeeper Virgilio Abad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Virgilio Abad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Abeita in the 20th minute of play. Niceto Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Virgilio Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of La Caberock booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Cidro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Fabricio Miliano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Racing Club's Virgilio Abad. Virgilio Abad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 33rd minute Niceto Abeita collided with an opponent which caused him a fractured collar bone. When Justo Frutos fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing Club's protests and gave Justo Frutos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of La Caberock booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Frutos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Fabricio Miliano came free, but Virgilio Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Fabricio Miliano made the kick off in the second half. Natalio Bero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Theobald, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, La Caberock's Romeo Maura got a free kick in the 54th minute. Juan Theobald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Natalio Bero came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Racing Club's Anselmo Rius. But to his dismay, Anselmo Rius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 87 minutes in the game, Fabricio Miliano fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Virgilio Abad having to interfere. Natalio Bero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Rius in the 90th minute of play. Anselmo Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the La Caberock defense, Juan Theobald kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Bero. The La Caberock fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Bero should have stopped the shot.
