After a defensive mix-up in Los Mismos de Siempre's zone, Lázaro Bras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Roldan came out of the goal and Lázaro Bras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lázaro Bras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Roldan having to interfere. Oscar Florinio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Medero having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

In the 51st match minute, Tambillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Bras to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute, Oscar Florinio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Los Mismos de Siempre's Benedicto Roldan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Domingues in the 73rd minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Los Mismos de Siempre was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Lano to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Tambillo's zone, Oscar Florinio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Medero came out of the goal and Oscar Florinio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 85 minutes into the match, Los Mismos de Siempre's Teodosio Jerico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jimeno Medero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 87 minutes into the match, Los Mismos de Siempre's goal looked a bit too open when Lázaro Bras came free, but Benedicto Roldan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Mismos de Siempre's zone, Lázaro Bras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Roldan came out of the goal and Lázaro Bras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Los Mismos de Siempre getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Abelardo Ostadar hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Hilario Domingues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Benedicto Roldan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. For all the effort they put into the match, the Los Mismos de Siempre players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tambillo.
