Elvio Sedeni started the match with the kick off. Natalio Ortzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bonifacio Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After 7 minutes of play, Ragamuffin Jrs's Bonifacio Danel made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Natalio Ortzi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Elvio Sedeni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Salvador Rufo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Lisandro Duarte came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the LOS COME GORDA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lisandro Duarte couldn't finish the play. LOS COME GORDA's Natalio Ortzi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Vermudo in the 18th minute of play. Dalmacio Vermudo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Natalio Ortzi came out and tried to block the shot, but Dalmacio Vermudo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 25th minute. 29 minutes into the match, LOS COME GORDA's Elvio Sedeni sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salvador Rufo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ragamuffin Jrs's Salvador Rufo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Ebardo in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Jaime Corderun shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salvador Rufo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salvador Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elvio Sedeni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salvador Rufo having to make a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gogo Ederono to make the kick off. Claudiu Uncescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salvador Rufo having to interfere. If Lisandro Duarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvador Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Sedeni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lisandro Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fernan Ebardo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the LOS COME GORDA defense, Gogo Ederono kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Ortzi. The LOS COME GORDA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Ortzi should have stopped the shot. In the 90th minute, Gogo Ederono left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ragamuffin Jrs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Natalio Ortzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Vermudo in the 95th minute of play. After 97 played minutes, Ragamuffin Jrs's Isaias Ugutz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Natalio Ortzi came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ragamuffin Jrs reached it. LOS COME GORDA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
