Cayetano Mogel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Obano in the 15th minute of the match. Pastor Cutberto took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cayetano Mogel. Cayetano Mogel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Caliope Coro's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Apolo Suarez scored to the left of an out of position Eugenio Elia, making the score, 2-1. In the 31st minute, Cristo Lehen made a precise shot to the right of Cayetano Mogel. Piquete FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 36 minutes into the match, Caliope Coro's goalkeeper Eugenio Elia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Suarez. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pastor Cutberto during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Caliope Coro's Pastor Cutberto got a free kick in the 36th minute. Caliope Coro's Eugenio Elia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Suarez in the 40th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elias Lluques was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Manuel Obano took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Cayetano Mogel to make any attempt to save it. Cayetano Mogel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ovidio Cheche showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 59 minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Piquete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Cutberto came free, but Cayetano Mogel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the game, Claudio Gizon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caliope Coro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piquete FC the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Suarez in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Elia saved Caliope Coro from getting behind. Cayetano Mogel was a little too slow when Pastor Cutberto got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 2-6. The supporters of Piquete FC booed when Caliope Coro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Cutberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Robustiano Victoro kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. If Apolo Suarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Piquete FC's Cayetano Mogel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Piquete FC from getting a goal against them. 87 minutes in the game, Claudio Gizon fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Cayetano Mogel having to interfere. Ovidio Cheche could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Cayetano Mogel made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caliope Coro had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
