In the 17th minute, Alonzo Iturri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Luzea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Roberto Machado took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Luzea. Domingos Luzea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 23 minutes into the game, Mariano Urbes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Echegoyen FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario Central the free kick. After 23 played minutes Echegoyen FC got a freekick which was hit by Mariano Urbes. 24 minutes into the match, Echegoyen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Chatruc Landaburu came free, but Sixto Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosario Central's Domingos Luzea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Iturri in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Erasmo Hanni made a precise shot to the right of Domingos Luzea. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Iturri in the 33rd minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Domingos Luzea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Domingos Luzea came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Echegoyen FC's Javier Teyo. But to his dismay, Javier Teyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Domingos Luzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonzo Iturri, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Domingos Luzea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Teyo in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alonzo Iturri made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Machado got free with Domingos Luzea in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roberto Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Domingos Luzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Iturri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Domingos Luzea made a huge save. In the 56th minute, Alonzo Iturri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Domingos Luzea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Alonzo Iturri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Domingos Luzea made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorio Checa during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Honorio Checa to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Rosario Central's Chatruc Landaburu got a free kick in the 61st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Urbes in the 87th minute of play forced Echegoyen FC's goalkeeper Sixto Gilabert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Roberto Machado cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-10. Domingos Luzea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Domingos Luzea was out of position in the 93 minute of play, and Erasmo Hanni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Erasmo Hanni really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Echegoyen FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
