With his leg José Pedro Lago managed to avoid a goal in the 9thth minute, when PanaThiNaiKos Cordobes's Erik Vallgren fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of PanaThiNaiKos Cordobes booed when diablos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Hitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Filipe Cebada hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Erik Vallgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but José Pedro Lago was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 96th match minute, diablos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Vincente to maneuver through the defense. diablos's José Pedro Lago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Vallgren in the 98th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the diablos players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for PanaThiNaiKos Cordobes.
