Bonifacio Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Pirmin having to interfere. Teofilo Monico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Pirmin having to interfere. Basilio Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bonifacio Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Matias Chorche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonifacio Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Basilio Pirmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 played minutes CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO got a freekick which was hit by Gaudencio Niguel. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Cerilo in the 26th minute of play forced TXI 1993's goalkeeper Basilio Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TXI 1993! The referee gave CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bonifacio Lopez, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TXI 1993's Basilio Pirmin. 0-2. After 35 played minutes CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Argina. When Teofilo Monico came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Monico couldn't finish the play. Basilio Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Lopez in the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Isidro Cerilo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Basilio Pirmin. TXI 1993's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isidro Cerilo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Nicasio Ugutz kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The TXI 1993 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teofilo Monico to strike the kick off in the second half. Isidro Cerilos short, quick shot in the 51stth minute got Basilio Pirmin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 54th minute, Teofilo Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bonifacio Lopez was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 56th minute. CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. TXI 1993's Basilio Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Lopez in the 59th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO's zone, Nicasio Ugutz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pastor Asier came out of the goal and Nicasio Ugutz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Hilario Guillelmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TXI 1993's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hilario Guillelmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hilario Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Asier having to interfere. The supporters of TXI 1993 booed when CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Lopez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Basilio Pirmin made a huge save. Nicasio Ugutz's late challenge caught a CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicasio Ugutz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO booed when TXI 1993 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Ugutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 77th minute of the match CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO got a corner. TXI 1993's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bonifacio Lopez ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO's Bonifacio Lopez to fire away a dangerous shot which Basilio Pirmin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A collision led to TXI 1993 getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Sebastian Mergildo hit a great ball. Basilio Pirmin came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by CLUB SOCIAL PALERMO's Bonifacio Lopez. But to his dismay, Bonifacio Lopez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Teofilo Monico who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Basilio Pirmin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 90 in the game by Teofilo Monico from a close distance when the talented Basilio Pirmin managed to make a qualified save. TXI 1993's players were relieved. Teofilo Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Basilio Pirmin made a huge save.
