In the 3rd minute of the match Alonzo Distiratsu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aureliano Ostots skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Freddy Elorri in the 12th minute of play forced Atlantis FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Ostots to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Singgih Perdana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Singgih Perdana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Honorio Loiola came out and tried to block the shot, but Singgih Perdana slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. When Urbano Loreto fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Corcovado's protests and gave Urbano Loreto a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Corcovado got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Loreto. Atlantis FC's Aureliano Ostots played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Enetz in the 24th minute of play. Braulio Astudillo didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-0 via right post in the game's 27th minute. Atlantis FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! In the 33rd minute, Jeremias Enetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Baltasar Ubarna struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Honorio Loiola didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlantis FC. Martin Madaleno blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Ostots having to make a save. 41 minutes into the game, Freddy Elorri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Aureliano Ostots was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Freddy Elorri made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Martin Madaleno got a very nice opportunity to score, but Aureliano Ostots was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Corcovado's Honorio Loiola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Normando Seisdedos in the 53rd minute of play. After 56 played minutes Corcovado got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Loreto. Corcovado's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baltasar Ubarna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 82nd minute, Normando Seisdedos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlantis FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 86th minute, Corcovado's Alonzo Distiratsu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alonzo Distiratsu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Corcovado protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alonzo Distiratsu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Corcovado:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlantis FC:s goal. Christian Emenon shot the penalty kick right outside the post. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlantis FC's goalkeeper Aureliano Ostots, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Corcovado booed when Atlantis FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Tuste didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Atlantis FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
