Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Harri in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roni Mäkiaho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, David Harri had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Roni Mäkiaho. Dumesnil AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that David Harri was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Mannie in the 46th minute of play forced C. A. Seis Estrellas's goalkeeper Epifanio Gaztea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute David Harri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roni Mäkiaho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half C. A. Seis Estrellas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iker Casado to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Gaizko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Epifanio Gaztea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eliseo Gaizko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, C. A. Seis Estrellas's Benedicto Gutxi got a free kick in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C. A. Seis Estrellas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
