Luis Vazquez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcial Transito in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yoakim Dudinski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 38th minute David Felipo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Urdaspal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marciano Leguizamón made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Herminio Paulin. Tapias's Yoakim Dudinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Transito in the 42nd minute of play. 45 minutes into the match, Villa Dalmine's goal looked a bit too open when Chanchai Ronaldo came free, but Eduardo Urdaspal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Yoakim Dudinski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 69 minutes into the match, Godfredo Etxekopar dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yoakim Dudinski, 1-3. Yoakim Dudinski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herminio Paulin in the 76th minute. Enzo Totakoxe made in the 78th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Luis Vazquez immediately put the ball in play. In the 79th minute Luis Vazquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Urdaspal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduardo Urdaspal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chanchai Ronaldo in the 80th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Marcial Transito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yoakim Dudinski was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Villa Dalmine walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
