Abelardo Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Erlantz in the 11th minute of play. Flavio Cresconio hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Rolando Peruxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Horacio Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Lartaun was a little too slow when Modesto Osmundo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 21st minute. The score was now 3-0. 27 minutes into the match, Olayon Futbol Club CDE's goalkeeper Horacio Lartaun had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolando Peruxu. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Osmundo in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Lartaun saved Olayon Futbol Club CDE from getting behind. When Fútbol Club 49's Modesto Osmundo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olayon Futbol Club CDE's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Fútbol Club 49's Fernan Abeita got a free kick in the 34th minute. After 35 played minutes, Olayon Futbol Club CDE's Iker Felo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abelardo Raulo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olayon Futbol Club CDE reached it. Abelardo Raulo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bonifacio Vito's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Abelardo Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Erlantz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Ladislao Erlantz made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolando Peruxu in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Lartaun saved Olayon Futbol Club CDE from getting behind. Horacio Lartaun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Peruxu went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Horacio Lartaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Osmundo's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When Jose Normando fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fútbol Club 49's protests and gave Jose Normando a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Fútbol Club 49 getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jose Normando hit a great ball. Modesto Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Horacio Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Cresconio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abelardo Raulo having to interfere. After having played for 77 minutes, Ladislao Erlantz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olayon Futbol Club CDE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Erlantz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Modesto Osmundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Horacio Lartaun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Lartaun stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Peruxu's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 85 minutes into the match, Fútbol Club 49's Rolando Peruxu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Horacio Lartaun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Fútbol Club 49 booed when Olayon Futbol Club CDE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Cresconio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Horacio Lartaun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Osmundo in the 90th minute of the match. Horacio Lartaun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Peruxu in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Olayon Futbol Club CDE's Bonifacio Vito got a free kick in the 95th minute. 96 minutes into the game, Fútbol Club 49's Modesto Osmundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horacio Lartaun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When the referee ended the match the Fútbol Club 49 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
