MZlcdtm's Eustacio Gasteiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amador Furman in the 10th minute of play. MZlcdtm's supporters rose to their feet, but Ismael Columbo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Sedeni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rafet Uyguner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, La Vino Tinto's Niceto Sedeni got control of the ball when Cosme Bixintxo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Niceto Sedeni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaston Viviano in the 48th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosme Bixintxo was the one to do the kick off. Marcial Ostargi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes La Vino Tinto got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Demesio. Niceto Sedeni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosme Bixintxo in the 66th minute of play. Niceto Sedeni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Ostots, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The La Vino Tinto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Sedeni should have stopped the shot. Ismael Columbo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MZlcdtm had played much better football throughout.
