Jonas Tulio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jesus Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prátola FC's Bernardino Cresenciano collided with an opponent after 42 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. Gualterio Ellande hit a great ball. 61 minutes into the match, Prátola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Pereyra came free, but Jonas Tulio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Baristo in the 63rd minute of play forced Mendiolaza fc's goalkeeper Bonifacio Burni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Mendiolaza fc's Geronimo Pereyra slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonas Tulio. That made the score 0-1 after 76 minutes of play. Chants of Mendiolaza fc echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Prátola FC had held the ball for most of the match.
