When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Gaudencio Pio sped through Patas Sucias's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nemesio Micael. If Inocencio Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Adrian Ixidor put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Union de Gdor. When the match had been going on for 27 minutes, Patas Sucias's Ivan Sandalio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hermengildo Maule. When Niceto Otsoa fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Patas Sucias's protests and gave Niceto Otsoa a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Patas Sucias got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Otsoa. In the 47th match minute, Union de Gdor. Crespo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Gartzi to maneuver through the defense. Hermengildo Maule was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 49th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ivan Sandalio.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gaudencio Pio made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Patas Sucias's goal looked a bit too open when Gaudencio Pio came free, but Nemesio Micael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Pio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 65thth minute, Nemesio Micael skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nemesio Micael made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Pio in the 83rd minute. After a rather tough play, Patas Sucias's Niceto Otsoa got a free kick in the 86th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Patas Sucias's zone, Gaudencio Pio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Micael came out of the goal and Gaudencio Pio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Maule made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Ubarna in the 97th minute of play. Hermengildo Maule showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Patas Sucias players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
