Spectators: 7465 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) Ombucta FC's Isidoro Xabat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, C.A.Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Nel to maneuver through the defense. Leon Munio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Ponciano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. C.A.Belgrano's Hugo Romildo got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Ombucta FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jesus Jacindo hit a great ball. If Leonel Sal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Ponciano came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Belgrano's Hugo Romildo. But to his dismay, Hugo Romildo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Christian Feliu kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When Miguel Steven came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Ombucta FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Steven couldn't finish the play. In the 28th minute, Ciriaco Nel made a precise shot to the right of Jeronimo Ponciano. Ombucta FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Arturo Tiadoro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisito Paul in the 34th minute. Isidoro Xabat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Arturo Tiadoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonel Sal's late challenge caught a Ombucta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Sal helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, C.A.Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonel Sal to maneuver through the defense. Isidoro Xabat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Tiadoro having to interfere. The Ombucta FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A.Belgrano were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leon Munio was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of C.A.Belgrano booed when Ombucta FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Xabat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute Miguel Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Tiadoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Tiadoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Xabat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ombucta FC were awarded a corner in the 61th minute after C.A.Belgrano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luisito Paul took the corner. After 63 played minutes C.A.Belgrano got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Romildo. After 67 minutes, Isidoro Xabat made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. C.A.Belgrano's Arturo Tiadoro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Isidoro Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arturo Tiadoro was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Ombucta FC's Isidoro Xabat got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Timoteo Santos's late challenge caught a C.A.Belgrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Santos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ombucta FC's Timoteo Santos got a free kick in the 79th minute. A collision led to C.A.Belgrano getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Nicanor Muc hit a great ball. After having played for 86 minutes, Isidoro Xabat managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ombucta FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Xabat was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leon Munio struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Jeronimo Ponciano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Belgrano. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. C.A.Belgrano walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
