When Reynaldo Aragones fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaboto FC's protests and gave Reynaldo Aragones a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th match minute, Gaboto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reynaldo Aragones to maneuver through the defense. Escalante's Vinicio Furtado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Escalante from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Resto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Reynaldo Aragones received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Alberto Imperiale put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Vinicio Furtado. The supporters of Escalante booed when Gaboto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Aragones didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinicio Furtado was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Rudolf Bank capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rudolf Bank really showed his touch with that goal: 6-0. After 41 played minutes Escalante got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Tano. In the 42nd minute, Victorio Gipuzkoa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorio Gipuzkoa made a kick off. In the 55th minute, Victorio Gipuzkoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vinicio Furtado was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. 61 minutes into the game, Victorio Gipuzkoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Vinicio Furtado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vinicio Furtado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rudolf Bank went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. Vinicio Furtado came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gaboto FC's Reynaldo Aragones. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Aragones quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 13-0. In the 76th minute Reynaldo Aragones shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vinicio Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vinicio Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Przemyslaw Zurawski, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Aragones in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vinicio Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaboto FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
