An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Urti in the 10th minute of play forced Sohcahtoa08's goalkeeper Tiburcio Monte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the game, CICLON.FC's Godfredo Iraido nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiburcio Monte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Emiliano Martínez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Milio in the 16th minute of the match. Tobias Kelemen's late challenge caught a CICLON.FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tobias Kelemen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Tobias Kelemen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a long run with the ball, Domingo Goiz did a trick in the 18th minute in front of Sohcahtoa08's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-3. An impressive performance by CICLON.FC's Domingo Goiz! After 26 minutes, Aníbal Coutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CICLON.FC and the Sohcahtoa08 players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to CICLON.FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Aníbal Coutinho hit a great ball. Tiburcio Monte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Bo Bang in the 28th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Marcos Urti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiburcio Monte. Sohcahtoa08's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Urti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 32 minutes into the match, Sohcahtoa08's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Urti came free, but Tiburcio Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, Sohcahtoa08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Donato Guib to maneuver through the defense. Tiburcio Monte came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by CICLON.FC's Mo Bo Bang. But to his dismay, Mo Bo Bang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After 39 played minutes Sohcahtoa08 got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Godoy. In the 40th minute, Mo Bo Bang got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiburcio Monte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mo Bo Bang in the 41st minute of play. In the 44th minute, Marcos Urti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tiburcio Monte was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mo Bo Bang was the one to do the kick off. Karl-Åke Björnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Monte having to interfere. Sohcahtoa08's Tiburcio Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Bo Bang in the 63rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mo Bo Bang got free with Tiburcio Monte in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Urti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tiburcio Monte came out and tried to block the shot, but Marcos Urti slotted it home off the left post making it 1-7 in the 68th minute. The supporters of CICLON.FC booed when Sohcahtoa08 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Beila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute Aníbal Coutinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiburcio Monte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Godfredo Iraido got free with Tiburcio Monte in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Sohcahtoa08 getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Delmiro Beila hit a great ball. In the 86th minute, Karl-Åke Björnsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tiburcio Monte made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Marcos Urti sent off a good shot on target. Tiburcio Monte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godfredo Iraido in the 97th minute. The Sohcahtoa08 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CICLON.FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
