A collision led to Gerli City FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Luisito Ayala hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Leheren in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Placido Gutierrez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gerli City FC's Placido Gutierrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Leobardo in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Rosa's goalkeeper Gaspar Cresencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisito Ayala. After 33 played minutes Gerli City FC got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Intxixu. Placido Gutierrez came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Rosa's Arturo Leheren. But to his dismay, Arturo Leheren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ubaldo Ostots received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gaspar Cresencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Leheren in the 46th minute of play forced Gerli City FC's goalkeeper Placido Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 55 minutes of play, Rosa's Arturo Leheren made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Placido Gutierrez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arturo Leheren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Placido Gutierrez made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Suero during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Gerli City FC booed when Rosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Suero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner ended in Saturnino Intxixu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rosa's Gaspar Cresencio did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Ubaldo Ostots managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gerli City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Ostots was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Cresencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gaspar Cresencio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 70th minute, Benjamin Muno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the match, Gerli City FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Leheren came free, but Placido Gutierrez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
