Benito Felo hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 47 minutes into the match, Bompland FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Lando came free, but Mateo Roldanillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bompland FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. UNION 1989 FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Casomiro was the one to do the kick off. Mateo Roldanillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Santiago Lando received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mateo Roldanillo came out and tried to block the shot, but Santiago Lando slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 57th minute. Gervasio Casomiro kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. UNION 1989 FC were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Bompland FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bartolo Lastur took the corner. UNION 1989 FC's Bartolo Lastur was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mateo Roldanillo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Mateo Roldanillo made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Andres Gauargi sent off a good shot on target. Mateo Roldanillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Chesus in the 68th minute of the match. After 68 minutes of play, UNION 1989 FC's Andres Gauargi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Roldanillo was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th minute, Santiago Lando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Roldanillo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. In the 82nd minute Santiago Lando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to UNION 1989 FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Andres Gauargi hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Santiago Lando kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mateo Roldanillo. That made the score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Mateo Roldanillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anier Nastasio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute Baldomiro Chesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Roldanillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Roldanillo made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Andres Gauargi sent off a good shot on target. When the match was over UNION 1989 FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bompland FC throughout the match.
