In the 11th minute, Orlando Soter fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Maximo Kepa, passed just outside the right post. 12 minutes into the match, La Bilardeta's goalkeeper Maximo Kepa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lorenzo Jacob. Fabricio Camerino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Kuryaki FC's Arturo Tajo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Maximo Kepa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabricio Camerino, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Kuryaki FC's zone, Hernan Benat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Honorato Ursino came out of the goal and Hernan Benat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
