The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isaac Baladi during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezequiel Lastur in the 11th minute of play forced Explosivos FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Eudoxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Explosivos FC's Gerardo Eudoxio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Lastur in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Explosivos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Shantala to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute, Honorato Mateus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 20th match minute, Explosivos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Niupi FC's Enzo Calixto got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 24th match minute, Explosivos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Thomas to maneuver through the defense. Explosivos FC's Gerardo Eudoxio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Calixto in the 29th minute of play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Honorato Mateus made the kick off in the second half. Daniel Turi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gilberto Garaile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Turi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gerardo Eudoxio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Calixto in the 55th minute of play. Gerardo Eudoxio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ezequiel Lastur showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 58 minute of play. Honorato Mateus received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gerardo Eudoxio came out and tried to block the shot, but Honorato Mateus slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 66th minute. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Daniel Turi put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Gilberto Garaile. In the 90th minute, Benjamin Todor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Explosivos FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eliseo Thomas hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Niupi FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
