SAN MARTIN DE METAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvano Quinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Hernan Dorio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but J.C. J.J. showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 21 minute of play. Eusebio Jurdan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Hernan Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hernan Dorio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from J.C. After having played for 58 minutes, Dante Nalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SAN MARTIN DE METAN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Nalo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hernan Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Jurdan in the 61st minute of play. When Fabio Burni fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chacarita FC's protests and gave Fabio Burni a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of SAN MARTIN DE METAN booed when Chacarita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabio Burni didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute, Victor Florin sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chacarita FC's Hernan Dorio didn't even have to move.
