In the 11thth minute of the game Ubaldo Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Facundo's Horacio Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Fliz in the 17th minute of play forced Facundo's goalkeeper Horacio Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Armando Urbez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ubaldo Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 26th minute of play forced Facundo's goalkeeper Horacio Santxol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29thth minute of the game Ubaldo Faron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Facundo's Horacio Santxol was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Isaias Luar fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Facundo's protests and gave Isaias Luar a yellow card for diving instead. Isaias Luar hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Hernan Tonio put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Horacio Santxol. Hernan Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Horacio Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ubaldo Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Horacio Santxol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furnarius Rufus. 43 minutes into the match, Rosendo Cordareo notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Facundo's Horacio Santxol. Horacio Santxol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hernan Tonio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaias Luar to make the kick off. Rosendo Cordareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Santxol having to interfere. Ubaldo Faron received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Horacio Santxol came out and tried to block the shot, but Ubaldo Faron slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 53rd minute. If Rosendo Cordareo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Santxol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ubaldo Faron's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Ubaldo Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Horacio Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 67 minutes, Rosendo Cordareo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furnarius Rufus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosendo Cordareo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ubaldo Faron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Horacio Santxol made a huge save. In the 76th minute Isaias Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artemio Gerazan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Celedonio Belasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute Rosendo Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Santxol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Horacio Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubaldo Faron in the 83rd minute of play. Horacio Santxol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Faron, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Facundo's Horacio Santxol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Faron in the 88th minute of play. Facundo's Horacio Santxol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Facundo from getting a goal against them. Ubaldo Faron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Horacio Santxol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 93 minutes into the game, Furnarius Rufus's Ubaldo Faron nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Horacio Santxol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. When the final whistle sounded Furnarius Rufus left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Facundo.
