Raimundo Favila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes, Ezequiel Sasoin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Empedrado FC and the Malvivientes players grew even worse after the yellow card. Malvivientes's Angelo Turi got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Empedrado FC's Ezequiel Sasoin got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Angelo Turi made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Lixandro. Empedrado FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Empedrado FC's Rodrigo Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Turi in the 47th minute of play.
