Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Axtron's Generoso Madaleno started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gilberto Karlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Candido Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Elorri in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Rio saved Axtron from getting behind. After 6 minutes Axtron's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Israel Martxel who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Uranga's Israel Martxel to fire away a dangerous shot which Candido Rio despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Candido Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Elorri in the 8th minute of the match. Higinio Elorri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Candido Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Higinio Elorri succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Candido Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Elorri in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Axtron's goalkeeper Candido Rio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gilberto Karlo. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Augusto Eneto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Axtron's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Eneto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jaime Frutos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Generoso Madaleno charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Generoso Madaleno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Axtron getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Generoso Madaleno hit a great ball. When Higinio Elorri came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Uranga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Elorri couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Higinio Elorri in the 31st minute of play forced Axtron's goalkeeper Candido Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horacio Cayo in the 36th minute of the match. Gilberto Karlo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Candido Rio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Basualdo in the 45th minute of play forced Axtron's goalkeeper Candido Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anier Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Higinio Elorri was the one to do the kick off. Higinio Elorri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Candido Rio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Candido Rio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Karlo went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 66th minute Generoso Madaleno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Frutos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Karlo in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Candido Rio saved Axtron from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Gilberto Karlo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Candido Rio. Candido Rio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Higinio Elorri went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Higinio Elorri might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Candido Rio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Elorri ran back to his position shaking his head. Candido Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Elorri, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Candido Rio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Karlo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Chesus's late challenge caught a Uranga's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Chesus helped the player get up and apologised. Candido Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Augusto Eneto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Axtron's Epifanio Burni got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute of the match Israel Martxel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Candido Rio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Uranga walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
