When Jose Jayvier came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Coghlan FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Jayvier couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the game, Jose Jayvier cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Damian Seguinus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Firmin during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Claudio Naelio scored 0-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damian Seguinus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Damian Seguinus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alejo Lano's shot from short distance in the 46th minute. Flavio Montel struck a weak shot in the 49th minute. Honorio Cristos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VdeVENGANZA -OFF-. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Alejo Lano made the kick off in the second half. Alejo Lano took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damian Seguinus. VdeVENGANZA -OFF-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Coghlan FC the free kick. Delmiro Eufemio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Damian Seguinus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Jose Jayvier fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Coghlan FC's protests and gave Jose Jayvier a yellow card for diving instead. In the 95th match minute, Coghlan FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Jayvier to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Haritzeder in the 97th minute of play forced Coghlan FC's goalkeeper Honorio Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
