In the 24thth minute of the game Gaston Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huaycama's Constantino Fidencio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristo Horado struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Armando Ascencio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huaycama. With a little luck, Carrodilla's Armando Ascencio got control of the ball when Cristo Horado tried to sneak it across the goal line. Constantino Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaston Abajas in the 31st minute of play. Cristo Horado came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Armando Ascencio could save by the left post. Huaycama's Constantino Fidencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Abajas in the 39th minute of play. Eusebio Costante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Ascencio having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaston Abajas was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Cristobal Fix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Fidencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaston Abajas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Epifanio Quinteros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Constantino Fidencio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 81 minutes into the match, Huaycama's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Abajas came free, but Constantino Fidencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
