The throw-in from Santos Panfilo in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Embalse FC's Dario Henrico. Mariano Quinito took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Iratxo. Jeremias Iratxo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 82 minutes into the match, Embalse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvatore Oster came free, but Jeremias Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Salvatore Oster had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th match minute, Academia RC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Samuel to maneuver through the defense. Florentino Mel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Gustau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
