Belgrano's Atilano Chap got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Belgrano's Melchor Nazario suffered a concussion after 22 minutes and had to leave the field. Lino Otoniel charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lino Otoniel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vicente Pereyra kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Romulo Dominguez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Atilano Chap had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Firmin in the 32nd minute of play forced Belgrano's goalkeeper Cristo Guillem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Chap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ciriaco Restu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Delmar Eyague hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristo Guillem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gualterio Firmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, ROSARIO's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Chap came free, but Ciriaco Restu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ciriaco Restu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Chap, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 0-2 became the score in the 46th minute when Atilano Chap elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gualterio Firmin made a kick off. Vicente Pereyra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ciriaco Restu made a huge save. In the 58th match minute, ROSARIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lino Otoniel to maneuver through the defense. Atilano Chap received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ciriaco Restu came out and tried to block the shot, but Atilano Chap slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 61st minute. In the 64th match minute, Belgrano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Chap to maneuver through the defense. Atilano Chap's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Restu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Belgrano's Cristo Guillem played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gualterio Firmin in the 79th minute of play. Delmar Eyague kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Gualterio Firmin managed to get in a good position for a shot. ROSARIO's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Firmin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Guillem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute, Atilano Chap ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Restu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Belgrano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
