Guillermo Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Macerio having to interfere. Venancio Macerio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Ferran's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. The Juventud Obrera CSD players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Capillitas were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Ferran to make the kick off. Guillermo Ferran might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Venancio Macerio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guillermo Ferran ran back to his position shaking his head. Mateo Manuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Axel Sjöman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Orlan in the 59th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Niceto Orlan in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Axel Sjöman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Venancio Macerio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guillermo Ferran in the 94th minute. Juventud Obrera CSD succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Capillitas had controlled the match.
